We maintain the site and its products with care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The products described here are under continuous development; descriptions on this site may lag behind the actual state of a product. When in doubt, ask us.

The site and the information on it are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Aether Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or its products.
Acceptable use

- Impersonate Aether Labs or its staff

Our software is licensed, not sold. Licenses are issued per venue and use case, and use is subject to the terms agreed at purchase. We may suspend a license that is used in violation of those terms.
